Solutions Engineer
Salary:
- Conduct client discovery calls to understand, design, and install customized solutions
- Collaborate and strategize with the sales team to create customized solutions for targeted products
- Testing/maintaining existing systems, troubleshooting problems, and fixing bugs
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to conduct follow-ups post-installation
- Support cross-functional teams with brainstorming new innovations and solving technical queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer
- Proficiency with Python and SQL
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Great command of spoken and written English communication
