Requirements:

Utilize the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that meet client requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project specifications, architect solutions, and implement features.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development, especially within the MERN stack and AWS cloud services.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, supporting their professional growth and skill development.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.

Occasionally create course videos that cover relevant topics, explaining concepts and showcasing practical examples.
Job Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Redux).

Proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with the ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with database systems like MongoDB, SQL, and proficiency in writing efficient database queries.
