Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Post-Graduation, preferably in English, Mass Communication, Journalism
• Strong command over the English language
• Ability to visualize and communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be a part of an interdisciplinary team of Instructional Designers, Courseware Developers, Editors, Creative Writers, and Media Specialists. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you will:

• Apply writing, copy editing, and visual design skills to create and publish content to industry-leading professional standards
• Participate in many aspects of designing and developing learning solutions, such as, analysing content, writing and editing scripts, developing test items, creating courses using authoring tools, creating media, and testing the final product prior to delivery
• Conduct research to mine content required for creating learning solutions
• Engage with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and issues and create or update content accordingly
• Keep information deliverables organized and on schedule
• Test deliverables-based set quality standards/criteria
